This is helpful information which is relevant to your customer\n base. These emails should not seek get sales, and instead provide value\n and free information. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.Sales Emails which seek to enlighten and\n get the reader to purchase something. It could be a special discount \noffer, a new product\/service, or simply your main flag-ship service. \nWhatever it is you are asking them to \u2018buy\u2019 directly and not being coy \nabout it. This includes \u2018flash sale\u2019 emails.<br> <br>3.Survey Emails \nwith tailor-made questions to get information from your list, which you \ncan use to better understand your customers. You can use web-based \nplatforms such as SurveyMonkey to create survey questions and tabulate \ndata. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What about newsletters? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The term &#8216;newsletter&#8217; has \nbeen used so often that it has lost its meaning. Instead let&#8217;s think \nover what the contents of a newsletter usually are:<br>\t<br>\t1. updates, recent developments, news<br>\t2. timely, seasonal information<br>\t3. snippets of articles, with links to main articles<br>\t4. special offers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\n you can see the newsletter in its traditional form contains many \ndifferent elements. The error with this that there are too many \ndifferent messages and calls to action to the reader, too many \ndirections.
